It is also applicable to the milling of fine reliefs. The profile of the Ball-Nose tool ensures the achievement of high precision in the daily activity of CNC centers. The tool is suitable for all types of CNC stone machines with the possibility of clamping a tool with a 12mm shank.

It is made of high-speed-steel HSS.

The diamond coating is applied using vacuum layering technology. It ensures better adhesion of the diamond cutting layer to the steel body of the tool.

The diamond coating in combination with its geometric shape provides excellent cooling and removes sludge. This improves the sharpening of the tool during operation and ensures a longer service life.

The Ball Nose CNC router bit is available in several working lengths and diameters depending on the need to execute details with greater depth. Different tip diameters are used depending on the detailing needs of the project.

– 9mm tip diameter- with 8mm tail – suitable for achieving model detail. The tool is suitable for places where other tools are too large or rough.

– 11mm tip diameter – with 10mm tail – this tool is suitable both for fine forms and for the faster production of less precise projects.

– 13mm tip diameter – with 12mm tail – suitable for faster and not highly detailed tasks, tools of this type have an extremely long life.
