The tool is suitable for:
– engraving letters and symbols in granite, engineered stone and marble.
– production of complex engravings in solid materials
– extremely fine shaping of the engraved symbols
– precise delineation of the relief of letters with a convex profile
– possibility of production of a fine texture – “bouchard” effect
It is suitable for all types of CNC stone machines with 6mm collet.
The reinforced polycrystalline diamond engraving milling cutter is made of high-speed-steel HSS. The diamond plate is attached using laser welding. It ensures the precise engagement of the diamond cutting edge to the steel body of the tool. A copper buffer layer is added between the polycrystalline plate and the steel body, reducing vibrations during operation – extending lifespan.
