The 100×500 mm CNC vacuum system suction cup is designed for working with extremely large and heavy workpieces requiring maximum stability during machining. With an impressive vacuum area of ​​38,400 mm² and a gripping force of 3200 N, it ensures secure fixation even during aggressive CNC operations and long production cycles.

The elongated rectangular shape allows for uniform distribution of the vacuum across the entire contact area, which significantly reduces local stresses and vibrations. The suction cup supports a choice of heights between 70 and 250 mm, which ensures flexible adaptation to different vacuum tables and CNC configurations.

Thanks to the optimized flow of 3.00 mm³/h and the high consumption of 52.0 l/min, the CNC vacuum system suction cup guarantees constant and predictable gripping force in heavy industrial applications.
