How can I order?

Ordering from kpnc-stone.com is extremely easy:

You place the desired items in the basket using the “Add to cart” button. The view cart button takes you to the products selected for purchase. By selecting the “Order” button, you start the ordering process.

During the order procedure, you can easily and conveniently create your customer profile for registration.

The three steps of the ordering procedure are:

Fill out billing and shipping information
Choice of delivery method
Choice of payment method
If you select the payment method “Cash on Delivery” after selecting the “Order” button, your order is complete.

When choosing “Pay by card”, our system takes you to the DSK Bank system for secure payment. After payment, your order is complete.

What is the delivery time?

All orders from available items are delivered within 2-3 working days within the Republic of Bulgaria.

For orders outside Bulgaria, the terms of delivery are specified at the indicated e-mail and contact telephone numbers.

What if the item I want is not available?

Don’t worry, there is still an opportunity to order the item you want. On the specified contact numbers, you can get information about when the product you want will be available.

How do I pay with Google Pay or Apple Pay?

When choosing the payment method, select “Pay by card”. On the page that opens to enter your card details, you can choose Apple Pay or Google Pay.

How can I track my orders so far?

After each order, we send you an order confirmation message to the e-mail you specified. You can also find information about your orders in the profile – in the “Orders” section.

How do I send the items for return?

The return request is made by e-mail or phone no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

All transport costs of delivery/exchange/cancellation of the shipment are at the customer’s expense.

In the case of exchange or return of delivered goods, the items should be returned in preserved commercial condition, with intact original packaging and accompanied by the original documents – invoice or goods receipt, receipt.

How long does it usually take to get a refund for the items I return?

In the event of an exchange, the new products will be shipped to you within 2-3 business days of receiving the returned items.

In the case of a return, immediately after the returned shipment has been received by us and inspected, a credit note is issued within 14 days for the invoice amount for the payment method you selected for the relevant order. As a result, the amount will be refunded.

Can I edit my account details?

If you are logged into your customer profile, you can edit your data at any time (name, address and phone number) in the “Profile details” section. To change your e-mail address, you must also notify the customer service center.
