The polycrystalline V-shaped cutter for granite is used in a number of operations such as:

– production of complex engravings in solid materials
– extremely fine shaping of the engraved symbols
– precise delineation of the relief of letters with a convex profile
– possibility of production of a fine texture – “bouchard” effect
The Polycrystalline V-shaped cutter for granite is suitable for all types of CNC machines.
It is made of high-speed-steel HSS. The diamond plate is attached using laser welding, ensuring the precise engagement of the diamond cutting edge to the steel body of the tool. A copper buffer layer is added between the polycrystalline plate and the steel body. It reduces vibrations during operation and extends the lifespan of the instrument.
