Tapered ball-nose router bit for marble with diamond coating, provides fast and fine 3D machining of marble, travertine and limestone volumes. It is applicable to the milling of fine shapes. The tool is suitable for all types of CNC stone machines.
It is made of high-speed-steel HSS.
The diamond coating is applied using vacuum layering technology. It ensures a better adhesion of the diamond cutting layer to the steel body of the tool.
The spiral channels provide excellent cooling and help to drain sludge more easily. In this way, the sharpening of the diamond coating is improved and a longer service life of the tool is ensured.
The radius at the tip of 1.5mm makes this tool most suitable for achieving high model detail. This tool is suitable for places where other tools are too large or rough.
The tapered ball-nose router bit is also available in 2mm and 3mm tip versions, providing a higher production speed. The three tools enable stonemasons to react and execute most optimally any project requiring the processing of marble.
