Rectangular vacuum pod CNC – 50×300 mm – GNC MECCANICA – offers an optimal solution for fixing elongated and heavy workpieces during intensive CNC machining. With a vacuum area of ​​8400 mm² and a gripping force of 700 N, the suction cup ensures exceptional stability and minimal workpiece deflection during cutting, milling and polishing.

The extended base 100×300 mm allows for uniform distribution of the vacuum along the entire length of the contact area, which significantly reduces vibrations and the risk of deformation. The choice of height in the range of 70–250 mm facilitates precise positioning relative to the CNC table and tool. With an optimized flow of 1.15 mm³/h and a consumption of 16.4 l/min, the rectangular vacuum cup for CNC guarantees stable operation and consistent results even during long production cycles.
