The CW5200-1.4-220-R4XX active water chiller is a vital component in CNC machine operations.
It regulates the temperature of the spindle, preventing overheating of cutting tools and workpieces. The chilled water from the chiller maintains a stable temperature ensuring continuous precision work – extending CNC cutting tool lifespan.
CW5200-1.4-220-R4XX active water chiller with air cooling is suitable for cooling the spindles of all CNC machines with pumps with a flow rate of up to 16l/min.
The water chiller uses an air cooling system to cool water with refrigerated agent R407/R410. It maintains a highly efficient cooling capacity of up to 1.4KW and a precision of ±0.3℃ with an operating temperature control range between 5 and 35 degrees.
There are two temperature control modes:
